Shree Ram Krushna Trust

Nurturing Cows, Sustaining Life

Shree Ram Krushna Trust combines natural agriculture with the rearing of indigenous Kankrej cows. Starting with 25 cows, their herd has grown to around 300. The Trust operates a natural-style cowshed, providing proper space, light, and care for cows. They focus on breeding high-quality bulls and offer them free to villages and cow shelters. Additionally, they promote the use of bullock carts and a "Bullock-driven tractor." The Trust markets milk produced by the cows and ensures self-reliance through the sale of products made from cow dung and urine, such as compost, biogas, and medicinal products. They also offer free training on cow rearing and distribute cow products at concessional rates to organic farmers. The Trust emphasizes the spiritual and ecological significance of cows, believing that they are essential for soil fertility and health. The Trust is committed to preserving and promoting cow protection, viewing cows as a cornerstone of India’s culture and economy.
