Crafting Heritage
Shree Ram Krushna Trust recognizes handicrafts as a vital part of rural self-reliance and personal expression. The Trust supports traditional artisans like blacksmiths, carpenters, and potters, integrating them into their efforts for village prosperity. Additionally, they have introduced a new initiative called ‘Gobarcraft,’ where they create artistic and useful items from cow dung, such as torans, wall clocks, idols, and flower pots. These eco-friendly products provide an alternative to plastic and cement items, while also promoting the cultural significance of cow dung, fostering enthusiasm for cow rearing.
